ROA has a very unique and particular way of drawing animals. Usually on an enormous scale and predominantly in black and white. His works are superbly anatomical. Present in places around the world now, his works always create a very subtle link with their location. By stopping and thinking about his choice of animal, you often uncover the underlying dialogue with the environment.
